Michael O’Leary is the owner and operator of Regis Renovations, bringing 28 years of experience in construction, remodeling, and home improvement to homeowners throughout Maryland and Southern Pennsylvania.
Originally from Central New York, Michael relocated to Maryland in 2024 and continues to build his business on the same values that have guided his career for decades — honesty, reliability, hard work, and quality craftsmanship.
Over the years, Michael has worked in every phase of residential construction, from new home construction to custom renovations and repairs. As well as several years in the commercial construction industry. His broad experience allows him to approach each project with practical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time. Whether it’s a full kitchen remodel, a finished basement, bathroom renovation, or exterior repair, Michael takes pride in creating spaces that are both functional and built to last.
As a hands-on contractor, Michael works closely with homeowners throughout every stage of the project.
